• All registration forms must be filled completely.  Partially completed forms will not be accepted.  All forms should be forwarded  online.

• The registration will be for the two days.  The delegates that will attend only one of the 2 days will pay the FULL meeting fee.

• All registration and payment received before 30th of November 2008 will receive a 100 AED discount on the full price paid.

• The registration fee includes congress material package, lunch, coffee breaks for 1 delegate and Gala dinner + Farewell cocktail for up to two people, upon booking Closing date for registration at reduced rate is 31^st of December 2008.

• Closing date for registration (no registrations accepted after this date) is 15th of February 2009 at 12:30 pm, UAE time.

• Gala dinner on 7^th March 2009, free for delegates and accompanying person upon booking, at time of registration.

• Closing ceremony, award for best presentation, and farewell cocktail on 8^th March 2009 at 7:00 pm free for delegates and accompanying person.

• Cancellation policy: For a refund of your registration fees, cancellation must be notified in writing to Organizing Secretariat at the address stated below by the 31/01/2009.
